We are a public website, and running social accounts such as instagram & facebook. Great service and testimonials is the most important thing for us. You will get order status and shipping information after you order.
2. How is the quality of the product and are they legit?
We do the best to offer the latest high end fashion stuffs for our customers. All pictures showed on website are real life pictures. If you are not happy with any item, we are happy to return, refund or exchange. Just get in contact with us.
3. Is everything in stock?
We try best to update the products timely, but hot items may be sold out quickly. Please order in time to make sure you will get the items.
4. How is the size fit?
Please choose the right size by following products descriptions & size chart picture on the product. If any question, please contact us.

3. Why does shipping take so long?
Our warehouses are based overseas meaning shipping times can vary depending on shipping lines and carriers.

Different methods to each country is different, put the items to the cart, go to checkout page, choose your country and shipping method, shipping fees will be confirmed.
4. Should I pay for the customs duties and taxes?
Customs duties and taxes may be charged by customs, please pay before delivery to get your parcel in time.
5. What should I do if my parcel is on hold by customs?
Please contact your delivery provider to get more information about the parcel and work with your local customs. Then feedback to our customer service help to settle the problem.
Order & Tracking
1. How can I check my order status?
Contact us for any order status requests. We advice you put your valid mobile number on your shipping information, so that you will get message notice of your order status.
2. When is my order shipped out?
Normally we need 2-3 days to get ready your order items, double check the quality to make sure you get perfect items. For made-to-order items, normally it needs 7-10 days to make for you. Please keep in touch with our sales service.
3. Will I get my tracking number?
You will get email/message notice with tracking number and tracking like once parcel shipped out normally within 1 week.
Return & Refund
1. How can I cancel my order?
Please do contact our customer service in time if you would like to cancel your order. Orders can’t be canceled once shipped out.
2. What is your return policy?
