Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Croatia, Finland, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Turkey.
Shipping: For international orders, we use EMS, DHL, FedEx or UPS international express mail service. Some remote areas will use other express services, and the final cost may get increased. Usually, goods will be shipped out within 5 working days after receiving the order.
1.Required Delivery Information
•The information needed for shipping is your full name, address and phone number. Please make sure to write the Post/Zip code correctly.

•The package normally takes 7-14 working days to deliver. There may be delays due to Covid-19 or strike action, hope you understand.

3.Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery
•If it’s caused because you provided incorrect or incomplete address,you need to cover the shipping fee for reshipment.
•For those customers who do not receive your parcel within 14 working days, please contact our customer service or shipping company ASAP.
Cancellations: If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exchanges: To exchange a product, please immediately contact customer service via email, Facebook or Instagram and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
